If there are any changes you would like us to make, no problem. One set of revisions ar included in the final cost. Any more after that will be an additional fee of $25.

If you receive your book and it is damaged in any way, we ask that you return it to us so we can print a replacement.

If errors are found in the book and they were on the final proof you approved we will reprint at a 50% discount. If the errors were not on the final proof, we will reprint at no cost to you.

If you don’t receive your order due to a shipping issue, the insurance on the package should cover the cost of reprinting. This rarely happens but it does occur and we want to be prepared. If this in fact does end up happening, we will need time to deal with the issues and reprint the order. This is why we stress you leave breathing room on your deadlines.

Book Info

Books can take up to 4 weeks to finalize so please keep that in mind when placing your order.

Although there is no particular style our books reflect, we do have a few suggestions of what you should include:

• a photo of your child/artist to include at the end of the book

• places where art was created; school name, art class, etc.

• a special message from you to feature on the title page
